General Terms

1.1 Scope of Agreement

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the beti baji platform and all services provided under it. This includes sports betting, casino games, live casino, fishing games, and all other entertainment services. These Terms apply to users in Bangladesh.

1.2 Acceptance of Terms

Creating an account on beti baji, logging in, or starting to use any service means you have read and fully accepted these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any applicable special rules.

1.3 Language

These Terms are published in Bengali. In case of any difference with a translation or another version, the Bengali version will take precedence.

Account Registration

2.1 Registration Requirements

A personal account is required to use any service on beti baji. All information provided during registration must be true, accurate, and complete.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each person may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts in the same person's name or using another person's account is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, all related accounts will be closed immediately and any deposited funds may be forfeited.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

It is mandatory to provide your correct name, correct mobile number, and valid ID details during registration. If incorrect or false information is provided, account verification will not be possible and the withdrawal process may be blocked.

2.4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your username and password completely confidential. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify our support team immediately. The account holder is responsible for all activity on the account.

Age Restriction

All services on beti baji are for persons aged 21 years or older only. No person under the age of 21 may create an account or use the services.

If false information is provided about age, the account will be closed and deposited funds will not be returned. We make no compromise on the protection of minors.

Deposit and Withdrawal

4.1 Deposit Methods

bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay can be used for deposits on beti baji. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200.

4.2 Withdrawal Methods

bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay can also be used for withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals generally take 30 minutes to 3 hours to complete.

4.3 Deposit Responsibility

It is entirely the user's responsibility to ensure the correct amount and correct recipient details when making a deposit. beti baji will not be held responsible if a transaction fails or funds are sent to the wrong place due to incorrect information.

4.4 Suspicious Transactions

beti baji reserves the right to temporarily hold any unusual or suspicious transaction for review. Transactions on the related account may be suspended until the investigation is complete.

Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. Example: depositing ৳1,000 will add ৳1,200 in bonus, making the total balance ৳2,200. A 10x wagering requirement on the bonus amount must be met before withdrawing bonus funds — meaning ৳12,000 in bets must be placed for a ৳1,200 bonus.

5.2 General Bonus Rules

• Each promotional offer has its own rules and validity period, which are detailed on the offer page.
• Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• If bonus abuse is found, the bonus may be cancelled and the account may be closed.
• beti baji reserves the right to change or cancel any promotional offer at any time.
• Bonus funds cannot be converted directly to cash.

5.3 VIP Program

The beti baji VIP program has five levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Higher levels can be reached through regular betting. At the Diamond level, up to 1.2% weekly cashback is available — calculated on the net loss for the week.

Betting Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance

beti baji reserves the right to accept or void any bet according to its own rules. If a bet is not accepted, the relevant amount will be returned.

6.2 Odds Changes

Odds may change before a bet is confirmed. Odds on a confirmed bet will not change unless a technical error or data mistake is proven.

6.3 Cancellations and Result Disputes

If a match or event is cancelled, the relevant bet amount will be returned. If there is a dispute over a result, a final decision will be made based on confirmed information from official sources.

6.4 Prohibited Activities

Any form of fraud, match fixing, arbitrage betting, or other unfair practices in betting is strictly prohibited. If such activity is suspected, the account will be kept under investigation.

Casino Rules

7.1 Game Results

beti baji's casino games are operated using verified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Each spin or hand is completely independent — previous results do not affect the next result.

7.2 Technical Errors

If a game session is left incomplete due to a server outage, network issue, or game software error, no reward is payable for that session. In such cases, the relevant bet amount may be returned.

7.3 Maximum Win Limit

A maximum win amount may be set for specific games or promotions. That limit will be stated on the relevant game or offer page.

7.4 Live Casino

In live casino games, the dealer's decision is final. If a technical issue occurs during a live session, the game studio's own rules will apply.

Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Closure at User's Request

Any user may close their account at will. To do so, contact the support team via live chat or email. The opportunity to withdraw any available balance will be provided before closure.

8.2 Closure by the Platform

beti baji reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of any clause of the Terms.
• Registration with false or incomplete information.
• Fraudulent or unfair activity.
• Suspicion of money laundering.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Providing false information about age.

8.3 Self-Exclusion Period

Limitation of Liability

9.1 Service Availability

beti baji strives to ensure uninterrupted service. However, the service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or external factors. beti baji does not bear responsibility for compensation in such situations.

9.2 Third-Party Services

Third-party services are used for payment processing and game provision. beti baji is not responsible for failures or delays on the part of third parties.

9.3 Limitation of Damages

Under no circumstances will beti baji's total liability exceed the current balance in the user's account. beti baji is not liable for indirect losses or lost opportunities.
